Christina Hagner VandenBerg
Former Harvard Soccer Player, Marketing at ZipRecruiter, Stanford MBA
Christina works in marketing at ZipRecruiter where she manages customer acquisition campaigns, sports marketing, and customer insights. Prior to ZipRecruiter, Christina completed her MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business. While at Stanford, she co-founded a mental-health app for athletes that won the Stanford Biodesign for Mobile Health Innovation Award and served as Director of Marketing & Operations for Challenge for Charity, the school's largest charity fundraiser and event.
Christina comes from a sports background, having worked at sports/tech companies like Under Armour Connected Fitness and TeamSnap and played as a four-year starter on the Harvard Varsity Women's Soccer team. While at Harvard, she helped her team win back-to-back Ivy League Championships her junior and senior year. Christina graduated with honors from Harvard with a major in Government and minor in Economics.
Passionate about giving back to young athletes, Christina served as a career mentor to freshmen student-athletes while at Stanford and is an active Board Member of Friends of Harvard Soccer. A native to California, Christina lives in Los Angeles with her husband and enjoys hiking, road biking, tennis, and [trying to] surf.
